Inman Park
Inman Park, located on the eastside of the city, was Atlanta’s first planned suburb. It’s now best known for having a wide array of residential architecture, mature trees, inclusivity, and a strong sense of community. The Inman Park MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) station connects the neighborhood with the rest of the city but before you leave, be sure to check out all Inman Park has to offer. Inman Park park hosts the famous Inman Park Festival, Atlanta’s largest all volunteer festival, every spring but is enjoyed by residents all year, along with Freedom Park. If outdoor adventures are your thing, don’t forget to also explore the Beltline’s Eastside Trail. If you’re looking for the best restaurants and bars, look no further! Inman Park is home to the Krog Street Market, King of Pops, the Beetlecat, The Victory Sandwich Bar, The Albert, and Hampton and Hudson.
