The Cottage Inman Park was designed for maximum comfort: Your home away from home. Situated in the back of the lot, the Cottage is very private & tranquil. Living room/kitchen have 15'+ vaulted ceilings. Fully furnished and turnkey. Utilities included. High speed Wifi - smart TV is provided. Located in Inman Park surrounded with good eats and access to the Atlanta Beltline. Easy access to Downtown, Decatur & major interstates.

Nestled under mature trees in the back yard of our 1920's Inman Park Bungalow, Cottage Inman Park has the wow factor for living space and location. The Cottage offers a fully outfitted rental with quality linens, pillows, towels and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, silverware and even baking pans. We have even added basics in the Cottage pantry and bathroom to get your first days started. There is a dining table that doubles as a work table and can be expanded as needed. The couch is comfortable and full sized which makes it the perfect spot for stretching out to binge your favorite shows on the wall mounted smart TV or reading a book. The living/dining/kitchen space has a vaulted ceiling with upper windows providing great natural light. Generous storage is found throughout the Cottage with drawers in the bathroom and bedroom plus a custom closet system to maximize space. Full size washer and dryer are included along with iron. Behind the bedroom door you will even find a full length mirror.

Guests have their own front porch and will share parts of the back yard with host and a sweet puppy, Mr. Bones, a small doodle. Parking is on the street with 1 residential parking pass provided. Path from the street to the Cottage is well lit. We are a no smoking property and no pets are allowed due to allergies (thank you for understanding!).

The entire Cottage is for guests' use including their own porch on the cottage. The back yard area will be used by host though able to give privacy on the Cottage porch which is for guests only.

• Bathroom – some under sink storage and three drawers plus shelves and towel holders (I keep extra items there – hair dryer; tooth brush, etc so if someone forgets)
• 2 - Step ladders – small one to access kitchen cabinets in closet and a taller one under bed for closet access
• Full size washer and dryer plus iron/ironing board
• Cordless Dyson vacuum in closet
• Wifi – guest access (I do have a switch if someone needs to connect more than one device to wifi/eero access.  This is NOT my strength but I can leave it in the cottage).
• Smart TV – tv.youtube; Netflix; Prime and other options
• Queen size bed
• 4 sets of towels in bathroom
• Extra set of linens for bed
• Outdoor table/2 chairs plus chairs on porch for cottage (as you saw)
• Full length mirror in the bedroom behind the door
• All electric – energy efficient space (spray foam insulation and built in 2019)
• Mr Bones does share the yard and LOVES guests.  He would never be in the backyard if owner isn’t home.
