A private loft upstairs acts as a bedroom and washes warm sunlight in the morning through its large skylight. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a TV room with pull out sofa for a third room. For longer term guests an additional room can be converted into a bedroom. The home also has two mattresses that can be comfortably placed on the floor to accommodate more guests. This home has a private back yard with a great hot tub that guests love all year round. Only one block away you are steps from the gates of Piedmont Park. Saturday morning hosts the Green Market Farmer's Market with live music and local vendors.
